Why are my videos showing low quality and not 4K Ultra HD?

Your streaming experience can be affected for a variety of reasons. 

Make sure the title is 4K Ultra HD compatible.

In most cases, Yojma TV will automatically detect the capabilities of your system, and play the formats that are compatible with what you are watching. You can find the supported formats in the DETAILS section under each title.

Make sure you are using 4K Ultra HD. 

First, make sure you are using a 4K Ultra HD device, TV or display and have a high speed internet connection; the recommended minimum is 25 MB / s. 

Make sure you have a good connection speed.

If the connection is slow, it could affect the quality of the video. To test the internet connection, haz una prueba de velocidad.

Do not use a network video or game recorder.

Network video or game recorders may prevent playback or limit the quality of video and audio to protect against piracy.

Check the components of your system. 

For the best experience, we recommend a high-speed internet connection. To enjoy the best quality Yojma experience, all components must be compatible with high-bandwidth digital content, including HDMI cables. External displays must be HDCP 2.2 compliant for 4K Ultra HD and HDR content.
