How to manage internet connection speeds

Do you have connection problems? Can't see some content? 

Slow internet speeds and intermittent connection can be a problem when watching Yojma TV. But we can help you. 

The first step is to make a speed test to check the strength of your connection. 

For consistent high-quality viewing, we recommend the following download speeds:

  • 5MB / s for High Definition (HD) content
  • 25MB / s for 4K UHD content

If your connection does not have the recommended speeds, contact your internet provider to confirm the results and see other options.

If you pass the speed test and are still having connection issues, try these steps:

  1. Close all applications or programs. 
  2. If you're using a wireless connection, move your device closer to the Wi-Fi source. If possible, connect the device directly to the router with an Ethernet cable.
  3. Turn off all devices connected to the home network.
  4. Restart the streaming device.
  5. Open Yojma TV.
  6. Test the connection by watching a title from Yojma TV.

What are the Yojma TV Internet Speed Recommendations

How do I test my internet connection?

To test the speed of your internet connection and ensure it meets our recommendations, please go to Speed Test.

Why can't I see the content, register and send me a successful registration message?

When you sign up with your name, email and password you are creating your account, to obtain access to the contents you only have to activate your free days by selecting some of our plans either monthly or semester, just log in with the email and password that you registered and go to your "Profile" located in the upper right part of your screen, click on "Subscribe Now" select your favorite plan and enter your card details to get your 15 days free. (If someone invited you or you have a discount, remember to put the promotional coupon).

I'm having trouble logging in because Yojma TV says the password is wrong.
